While trying to grab
Radio Havana Cuba on 6000 khz, I accidentally picked up the
BBC World Service on 6005 khz.
Prime time shortwave indicates that this broadcast is from Ascension Island
[cia world factbook] [wikipedia] in the South Atlantic, destined for Africa. Ascension is a breeding ground for
sea turtles and
sooty terns.
